Products & Orders

All AMRUTYA Essence candles are handcrafted with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, fragrance, texture, appearance, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, inaccurate customer information, or product unavailability.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed and packed for dispatch.

• Once an order has been packed, prepared for shipment, or handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• As our products are handcrafted and prepared specifically for customer orders, cancellations requested after packing or dispatch are not eligible for refunds.

• If an order cannot be fulfilled by AMRUTYA Essence due to product unavailability or any other operational reason, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the handmade and personal-use nature of our products, all sales are final.

Products are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a replacement or resolution for a damaged or incorrect item, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos showing:

• The damaged product

• The shipping box

• The shipping label

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement product, store credit, or refund at the sole discretion of AMRUTYA Essence.

Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Product availability is subject to stock levels. In the event a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify the customer and offer an alternative product or a full refund.
